Composite image
First of all cut the girl from the background. This was done using the Magnetic Lasso Tool. To make this easier the image was lightened slightly and the contrast increased. The final selection was tidied using the Lasso Tool.
Girl only
This image was pasted onto the original effects image and resized to match the original figure. The selection brightness and contrast to make it a little darker than the original.
Composite 1
The arms of the original figure and it's shadow are wrong so these were made to disappear using the clone tool.
Composite 2
A copy of the girl alone image was made and transformed using the Edit > Transform > Distort tool.
