The back of this card is interesting because it was used as a calling card by the Miller-Parrott Baking Company of Terre Haute...

Miller-Parrott Baking Company of Terre Haute

Miller-Parrott baked for the Terre Haute area from 1880 to 1958. It appears that at least part of the company was based in Indianapolis but was wholly moved to Terre Haute in 1907. They first had premises at Dowling Hall but built a new building at 1450 Wabash avenue in 1914. The Gilt Edge Baking Products Company bought the company in 1956 and in 1958 it moved to Seelyville on 15 acres of land across from the Corral Drive-In for the plant. The old building on Wabash Avenue eventually had several occupants such as Eastern Express, American Tredex and Patterson Equipment. In 1990, Herbert Patterson made a gift of the building to the Light House mission that still occupies it.
