Bizarre Postcards - 1913 Floods

The floods of March, 1913 extended over much of the midwest. around 1,000 people lost their lives and a quarter of a million people were made homeless. Thousands of horses and other domestic animals drowned, and these were, for the most part, later collected and burned.
