Monkey Parliament

According to the BBC Bristol site here "Banksy has his say about democracy in the UK with chimps replacing MPs." Several people have commented about this picture, mostly of the "right on" sort, on different websites. However, take a look up in the public gallery of the image - the chimps are there too! I think that's funny - and makes the image a bit more disturbing.
