The New Bridge at Dresden
This postcard has no printed text but does have an AZO stamp box which dates the postcard from between 1904 and 1918. The suspension bridge over the Muskingum River, which was built in 1853, was destroyed during the flood. It was replaced by this new suspension bridge in 1914.

It also has an AZO stamp box which dates the postcard from between 1904 and 1918. Port Clinton is about 15 miles northeast of Fremont and presumably these people came down from there to offer aid to Fremont. Two of the people in the photograph are named, Captain Tadson and Isaac Floro.
