This unused postcard has no other printed text but does have an AZO stamp box that dates it to between 1904 and 1918. Although there is no text on the postcard i think this is the Jewel Theatre on Jefferson Street, Dayton, Ohio. This and the buildings near it were destroyed by fire a couple of days after this photograph was taken.

This unused postcard has just the printed text 32. It also has an AZO stamp box that dates it to between 1904 and 1918.
National Theatre, Dayton, Ohio
This unused postcard has just an AZO stamp box that dates it to between 1904 and 1918. The main building shown in the image, on the right hand side of the flooded street, is, I believe, the National Theatre that stood at 214 South Main Street. The theatre opened in 1904 and was built of marble, stone, brick and concrete. The owners were very fire conscious and drapes and upholstery for the seats were not used. Each program also had a diagram showing the threatre's exits. In the end, it wasn't fire that closed the building but the flood of 1913.
