Marsting? Studio

Cabinet Card by Marsting? Studio, Ohio Street, Terre Haute

Cabinet Card by Marsting? Studio, 515 Ohio Street, Terre Haute

This is not a postcard but a cabinet card, because of the double gold rules and sepia tone of the photograph I think this was made in the late 19th century.

Miami Restaurant and Service Station

Miami Restaurant and Service Station

Miami Restaurant and Service Station Matchbook

The Miami Restaurant and Service Station was on Rural Route 5 and U.S. Route 40 and was owned by Ray Eckton. This matchbook advertises both the business and Nance's Ice Cream. From the distances, 10 miles to Terre Haute, 6 miles to Brazil this would have place the business somewhere between Tabertown and Cloverland on U.S. 40.
