This picture was taken from Seventh Street. The Fairbanks Building at 672 - 678 Wabash Avenue can be seen in the lower right. This building was originally built as the McKeen Block in 1885. Hook's Drugs store is on the corner in the extreme lower right. This block was demolished for a car park in 1965. In 1986, IBM office buildings were built on the site which in turn were replaced by the offices of the Vigo County School Corporation.
