Zorah Shrine Temple
A matchbook from the Zorah Shrine Temple.
This building stands at 420 N. Seventh Street. It is now an entertainment and concert venue featuring boxing and wrestling.
Zorah Shrine has been hosting a circus in Terre Haute since 1937. The circus usually uses the Vigo County Fairgrounds but in 2008 it was held in Fairbanks Park. The following ephemeria dates from the 1939 event...

The prize in this raffle was a 1939 Oldsmobile Sedan provided by Oliver B. McCrory of 101 Wabash Avenue.
