This building, now know as the Sycamore Building, stands at 19 - 21 South Sixth Street. The Citizens Trust Company was formed in 1913 and its original offices were at 612 - 614 Wabash Avenue. They outgrew those premises and constructed the brick and limestone tower at 19 - 21 South Sixth Street which opened on November 21st, 1921. Terre Haute's tallesdt skyscraper had rave reviews, it was described as "the last word in modern office building architecture - the new skyscraper will be the pride of Terre Haute".

In 1928, Citizens Trust Company became the National Bank and Trust Company. Sunset Harbor Inc. purchased the building in 1964 from the estate of Emma Herber, the widow of pharmacist Conrad Herber. The building is on the Register of Historic Places.

In the postcard above, to the left of the tower can be seen the Woodburn Building. which was built around 1859 and houses Woodburn Graphics.

This unused postcard has the hand-written date of 1908. The AZO stamp box logo gives the date of the postcard as being between 1904 and 1918.
