Google Search Console

Site Statistics

Introduction

I get monthly updates from Google Search Console that shows the number of impressions this site gets in Google Search compared to how many people click on the link to the site. The following graph shows these numbers.

Do not be misled by the graph, the scale of each of the data sets has been changed slightly to fit them in the graph area. The numbers shown in the tooltips are accurate. This is the same has how Google show them on their graph pages. The ratio between clicks and impressions is closer to 1:50. For every 50 impressions in Google Search, I get 1 click to the site. A clickthrough rate (CTR) of about 2%.

This graph was drawn with the Google Visualizations API. Google uses this API for a lot of its own graphs, and I have described how I created this one.
